Jerry Cudmore is so professional, from the way he handles the whole repair process, paperwork, etc. The turnaround is outstanding – I had a Lectrosonics UCR-411a receiver in for firmware/hardware upgrades and it was back in a week. Most of that was shipping time! The unit looks like new. Also the pricing is very favorable. I would ask for quotes on re-blocking, and other repairs and upgrades etc.
