This is what I wrote to Jerry today, January 11, 2021:

Jerry,

I wanted to take a moment and thank you for the repair on our Lectrosonics 195 units. I was able to use them all day on Sunday, January 10, and they performed flawlessly.

I also wanted to thank you for the advice you gave me whether to use MOD or RF. On RF, there have always been dead or staticky spots when I would move around on the platform or throughout the auditorium. You said that human bodies absorb RF signals. I did not know that. So, on Sunday, we used MOD resulting in perfect sound transmission! Again, thank you!

I hope to never need your services again, but if I do, I will be contacting you.
