Services & Policies

Jaycee Communications Inc is a Lectrosonics authorized service center. We use only factory-trained technicians and factory-approved test and alignment equipment. Dealing directly with Jaycee Communications can save you both time and money. 90% of our repairs are completed within five to 10 business days. Expedited repairs may be available upon request.

Your Guide to Equipment Repair

We now align duplexers and filters.
We do SRB updates and block changes.
We are factory trained and authorized by Lectrosonics to repair their RF mic systems.
Weekend expedited service is available.
When you call, we will estimate your repair.
You must have an account before shipping any equipment.
Please call before sending your equipment.
Always obtain a Repair Order number (RO) before shipping any product to us for repair.
Please do not send accessories, cases, removable belt clips, or batteries.
Please include our packing slip.

Things to know Before Getting Started

Our company began operations in 1982 and has more than 30 years on site experience at ABC Network Television, including RF design, operations and repairs.
We are located in Queens, 30 minutes from Manhattan. This is ideal for customers in the NY metropolitan area, where 1 day ground shipping is typical. Warranty repairs are available.
Weekend service is also available when needed. If you need service, you have a choice to ship or drop your unit off.
Response to email questions may take up to two business days. Phone is preferred.
Hours of operation are Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. Fridays reserved for block changes.
Please call for an appointment if you wish to drop off your equipment.
We work on all current Lectrosonics Wireless Mic systems as well as the older 185,187,190,195 Systems. We tweak those old systems to work like they were when you first received them.
A word about Repair: I perform a factory alignment on every unit. That's both transmitter and receiver. No unit leaves my bench without passing specs and only after I personally do a walk test.
We do some Block changes even on older 200 series. Please call for information.
We do NOT ship internationally, Except Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
We only service the US.
